Amber - Injury Management
This is for clients experiencing pain or injury that interferes with their daily life. Our sports injury rehabilitation programme addresses this by combining manual therapy to release tension and alleviate trigger points, with strengthening exercises to support muscular stability. We believe a balance of strength and flexibility is key—overemphasis on one can compromise the other. In certain cases, we may also employ Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) to reduce stiffness and improve range of motion
